Ever Glory United Holdings Limited

Ever Glory United Holdings Limited (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a Singapore-based engineering and property group principally engaged in mechanical and electrical (“M&E”) engineering services, alongside property investment and development.

The Group’s M&E engineering business began in 2018 through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunbeam M&E Pte. Ltd. (“Sunbeam” or “SBME”). Together with Fire-Guard Engineering Pte. Ltd. (“Fire-Guard” or “FG”) and Guthrie Engineering (S) Pte Ltd (“Guthrie” or “GE”), the Group provides engineering services to public- and private-sector clients across residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects in Singapore. Its services cover air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, electrical engineering, fire prevention and protection, plumbing, sanitary and gas systems, and integrated building services.

The Group expanded into property investment and development in 2023 through Ever Capital Pte. Ltd. (“Ever Capital” or “ECPL”). Its current projects comprise a freehold residential development in Geylang and a food factory development at Mandai Estate.

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 23 December 2021 as a private company limited by shares under the name “Ever Glory United Holdings Pte. Ltd.” On 25 April 2023, the Company was converted into a public company and renamed “Ever Glory United Holdings Limited”.

The Group was listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) on 18 May 2023 and successfully transferred to the Mainboard of the SGX-ST on 29 December 2025.

BUSINESS OUTLOOK

Empowering Business Excellence, One Decision at a Time

As at August 2026, Singapore’s construction market remained buoyant. The Ministry of Trade and Industry reported year-on-year GDP growth of 5.7% in the second quarter of 2026, while the construction sector expanded by 12.9% in the first quarter and 6.2% in the second quarter. The Building and Construction Authority projects total construction demand for 2026 to remain between S$47 billion and S$53 billion.

Construction activity is expected to be supported by major public infrastructure, healthcare, public housing and commercial development projects, including Changi Airport Terminal 5, the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort expansion, the Downtown Line 2 Extension and the Thomson-East Coast Line Extension.

The Group’s order book exceeded S$1 billion for the first time in July 2026, following approximately S$400 million of new contracts secured since the beginning of the year. This multi-year order book provides earnings visibility through 2028 and beyond. By combining the capabilities and track records of SBME, GE and FG, the Group is positioned to pursue larger and more complex M&E engineering projects.

The Group remains watchful of inflationary cost pressures in materials and manpower, which continue to present challenges to margins and project execution. It will maintain a disciplined approach to project execution, cost management and selective tendering.

In property development, the Group is currently involved in two joint projects: a 20-unit freehold residential development in District 14, Geylang, scheduled to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit by the end of 2028, and a 69-unit food factory development at 2C Mandai Estate, targeted to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit by the end of 2027. Both projects are progressing in line with expectations.
